The service

JoyMetric provides browser-based processing and analysis of uploaded audio, vocal separation, generated audio edits, project storage and export. It does not provide real-time audio routing. A personal account is required. Results depend on the source audio and model/settings; no particular musical result or exclusive copyright in a generated result is promised.

Accounts and permitted use

You must have legal capacity to enter the subscription agreement, protect your credentials and supply accurate account information. Upload only material you own or have permission to process. Do not infringe copyright, impersonate someone without permission, upload unlawful material, abuse the service, evade access controls or interfere with other accounts. You retain your existing rights in uploaded material and authorize only the processing and storage needed to provide the requested service. Outputs remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

Plans and song credits

Free accounts include 20 songs per calendar month without a card. Paid access includes 2,500 songs per calendar month while active. Paid access is a one-time monthly purchase with no automatic renewal. Extra credits are available separately.

Payment provider and refunds

PayTR provides card payment processing. JoyMetric remains responsible for its product, invoicing, applicable taxes, customer support and refunds. Provider-specific terms are shown at checkout. Payments remain disabled until merchant activation and final business details are complete.

Limits, availability and data

Files are limited to 2 GB and 10 minutes each, with 20 GB storage per account. Jobs queue for available GPU capacity. Keep your own copies of important files. Service availability and processing time are not guaranteed. The Privacy Notice describes account data, audio processing and deletion requests.

Changes and rights

Material service or pricing changes will be communicated before they apply to future subscription periods. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes and complaints may be submitted through the operator contact channel, without limiting statutory remedies.
